MPC has played a major role within the city of Milpitas to promote the sport. Leaders of the club has collaborated with  City officlals:

• 2022 -  started the pickleball pilot program at Hall Park

• 2023 - allowed open play on 6 courts 7 days a week at Hall Park

• 2024 - added 2 dedicated pickleball courts at Gill Park

• 2024 - resurfaced  courts and added sound walls at Hall Park

• 2025 - dedicated pickleball line, new net systems, and queue systems at Hall Park

MPC membership fee is primarily used to build a pickleball community in Milpitas and purchase supplies and equipement beyond that the City provide. The club has purchased sweepers/squeegees for court cleaning, First Aids kit in case of medical emergency, paddles & balls for lessons, balls for competitive events, and  food & drinks for member social events

Whether or not you are an MPC member, everyone is welcome to play pickleball at courts with Milpitas.

Together, we advocate for pickleball and enhance the pickleball playing experience in Milpitas.
